Frankie L. Scott, 59, of Covington, KY, passed away on Friday, February 22, 2019. Born on October 22, 1959 in Covington, KY, Frankie was the son of the late Otis and Claudia Scott. He enjoyed fishing, boating and growing things. Frankie loved nature and being outdoors. He is survived by his beloved wife of 20 years: Angie Scott; sons: Jeff (Tracey) Scott, Brandy Scott, Richard Price, Joey Price, Andrew Price, Dana Bills and Chad Bills; sister: Sandra Scott and 14 grandchildren. Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested in Frankie’s name to Master Provisions, 7725 Foundation Drive, Florence, KY 41042.
